Best suited for landlords who want to stay involved day to day but need support at the busiest stages. This service includes everything in our Tenant Introduction, plus full tenant referencing and due diligence, preparation of tenancy agreements, and all compliance requirements, including arranging safety certificates and registering the deposit. During the tenancy, we provide guidance on rent reviews and notices where required. At the end of the tenancy, we support you with check-out arrangements and the deposit return process.

Complete Management Service

Best suited for landlords who want a hands-off approach, with complete peace of mind throughout the tenancy.

We manage everything end-to-end, taking care of the full cycle – from marketing and securing a tenant, to ongoing tenancy management and compliance. This includes full tenant referencing and due diligence, preparation of tenancy agreements, deposit registration, rent collection and arrears management, as well as coordinating maintenance and regular inspections.
